Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of services or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Codewellz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
Codewellz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
